  • Cleaning, organizing, restocking, tidying props, folding towels, making the space feel fresh and inviting. Sometimes you might help with events or light admin, depending on the shift.

  • We’ll do our best to match your availability with our needs. Shifts are typically 3 hours long and happen during quieter times - before or after classes.

  • We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months, and ideally longer. This helps us create a strong, consistent team energy.

  • Life happens! We just ask that you communicate ahead of time and try to find coverage. Ghosting or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in losing your EE spot.

  • Kind of - but not in a corporate, punch-the-clock way. It’s an energy exchange. We show up with respect and integrity, and we ask the same from you.

  • We love that idea! If you both apply and we have space, we’ll try to schedule you together.

  • We review applications weekly. If there’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a short meet-up or onboarding chat.
