Do I get to choose my shift?
We’ll do our best to match your availability with our needs. Shifts are typically 3 hours long and happen during quieter times — before or after classes.
Can I just do it for a few weeks?
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months, and ideally longer. This helps us create a strong, consistent team energy.
What if I can’t make my shift one week?
Life happens. We just ask that you communicate ahead of time and try to find coverage. Ghosting or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in losing your EE spot.
Is this like a job?
Kind of — but not in a corporate, punch-the-clock way. It’s an energy exchange. We show up with respect and integrity, and we ask the same from you.
Can I do this with a friend?
We love that idea. If you both apply and we have space, we’ll try to schedule you together.
When will I hear back?
We review applications weekly. If there’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a short meet-up or onboarding chat.
