Andie helps people move, feel, and rewrite their stories through the language of the body.
Founder of KUUMA Yoga. Neurosculpting® certified. Psychology-trained. Trauma-informed. Built from lived experience, not theory alone.
Andie’s work lives at the intersection of movement, neuroscience, and conscious storytelling. She built KUUMA as a place to come home to your body, your breath, and a more fully human version of yourself.
After losing her dad to an opioid overdose at 20, she began the long work of rebuilding from the inside out. That healing became her offering. Today, she weaves yoga, Pilates, somatics, psychology, and nervous system work into spaces that help people remember their agency, autonomy, and authorship.
Ongoing education. Always evolving.
Andie’s body of work is built on a multidisciplinary foundation in neuroscience, somatics, yoga, Pilates, psychology, education, communication, and embodied practice. The through-line is simple: study deeply, teach responsibly, and keep evolving.
