So we built a different room. A virtual one. A safe, beautiful, slightly strange place to study the mind while yours reorganizes. Where neuroscience sits beside the esoteric, philosophy beside somatic theory, dance beside data, and nobody asks you to pick a lane.

Andie Moore owns KUUMA, the hot room at 698 main st in downtown Moncton. Education degree. Neurosculpting® practiced under license. Years of teaching rooms full of heat, music, and people meeting themselves.

She was once advised to stay in her lane and teach only yoga. This school is everything that advice tried to keep small. The group classes will always be there. This is what she teaches when the room goes quiet.

Instantly, and online. The meditation lands in your inbox minutes after you ask. The school lives in a private catalogue on any device, at any hour. Koulu comes two ways, fully online and self directed, or in person at the studio in Moncton.
Yes. The membership cancels anytime and simply runs to the end of your billing cycle. Koulu applications cost nothing, and if something isn't right, write to us. There are humans at a front desk in Moncton, not a faceless portal.
No. This is education and practice. It pairs beautifully with professional support, but it is not a substitute for mental health care. If you are struggling, please reach for both.
