We don’t offer refunds, but transfers are always available if life shifts unexpectedly.

Fees help keep space fair and flexible for our community.
If you experience an emergency, message LUMI.

If a spot opens before the 2-hour window, you’ll be automatically added.
Within 2 hours: it switches to first-come, first-serve.

Contracts are 6 months and automatically renew. You receive a $20 monthly discount for being on a contract.

You may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee if you request to cancel early, with at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
