your first 3 free pass begins the day you take your first class — not the day you grab it. so go ahead and set up your account early; your full 14 days won't start ticking until you actually step onto the mat.
this gift is for brand-new friends only — if you've been to KUUMA before, please log into your existing account to buy a pass. no duplicate accounts, please: our software notices, and will try to merge your profiles. the first 3 free is a welcome to try the studio — it isn't a valid option for returning or existing members.
this pass has no cash value and can't be refunded, re-done, or re-set. it's an offering of seva — selfless service — a gift from the studio so you can feel us out before committing. we simply ask that you receive it with the same good faith it's given. 🤍
almost every saturday at 9:00am we gather for a free karma class — open to all. the only exception is YTT weekends, when our teachers-in-training have the room for their own practice.
reserve your spot on the KUUMA app with a valid card on file — even though the class is free. this one fills up and waitlists fast, and people are genuinely waiting for a seat.
so the same 2-hour cancellation window applies here too: cancel on the app any time up to 2 hours before start, free of charge. after that, late fees apply — yes, even for karma. it's how we keep the system honest and the seats flowing to those who'll use them. (all members sign our policies before booking and agree to this.)
we don't do refunds — but we do believe life happens. when the universe rearranges your plans, a transfer is always available: you can re-sell your membership or pass it to someone else.
we'll just confirm with them and collect their billing details before the transfer is complete. right now there's no transfer fee at all.

if a spot opens more than 2 hours before class, the waitlist fairy adds you automatically.
inside 2 hours, it becomes first-come, first-served — so keep an eye out.
our autopay memberships are a little vow — a 6-month commitment — and we honour you right back with our gentlest prices (unlimited drops from $110 to just $90 a month).
they renew automatically for another 6-month cycle, quietly keeping your magic flowing — unless you tell them not to. need to step away early? a 6-month contract can be cancelled for a $50 early-cancellation fee.
either way — ending or simply pausing the auto-renew — we need your request at least 30 days before your next billing date, so we have time to properly stop your autopay.

A valid credit card is required to book & hold your spot. Cancel within 2H of start time to avoid:

Step 3: Choose your membership or pass
Your First 3 Are Free pass begins on the date of purchase, not your first visit.
That means if you grab it and don’t use it, it will still expire. Think of it like a little welcome window, already opened just for you.
This offer is for brand new students only — meaning you’ve never been to KUUMA before.
Please don’t create a second account to claim extra free passes. It keeps things fair, clean, and magical for everyone.

We offer a free Karma Class every Saturday at 9:00am.
The only exception is during YTT weekends, when Karma Class is not held.
