kuuma flow arts
come play with silk fans.
a once-a-month embodiment class for musicality, movement, softness, courage, and the very real magic of remembering that your body is allowed to play. not a performance — a doorway back into play.
you do not need to be “good at this.”
truly. you can come alone. you can be awkward. you can stand at the back. you can laugh when the fan goes rogue. this is not a performance class — it's a playful place to build body confidence, musicality, and connection.
tap a firefly. it's holding something true.
each little light is keeping a reminder warm for you — about your body, your pace, your yes, your no. tap one and let it whisper.

we'll help you land.
we'll help you land.
flow arts is a beautiful class to attend solo, because the prop gives your hands something to do while your nervous system warms up to the room. you can follow, explore, and belong without needing to arrive with anyone.
movement made visible.
what are silk fans?
lightweight hand fans with long flowing silk tails. they help you see the movement you're creating — like drawing ribbons through the air with your body.
musicality, but cute.
we explore how to listen to rhythm, texture, softness, pauses, accents, and emotion — then let the fans help your body respond to the music.
belonging over performance.
beginner-friendly, nervous-system-friendly, community-centered. you're not here to impress anyone. you're here to feel more at home in yourself.
once a month, we open the toy box.
right now, flow arts is focused on silk fans. in the future, we plan to bring in other flow toys too — hoops, poi balls, and whatever other magical little objects help us move, dance, regulate, laugh, and play.

these classes are only offered once a month, so the schedule may look quiet at first. inside the booking box below, tap “go to the next available class” and it'll jump you to the next scheduled date.
come alone. come curious. come awkward.
the point isn't to become a perfect flow artist in one class. the point is to have a doorway back into play, rhythm, confidence, and community.
