i've been teaching yoga since 2022. i'm trained in reiki levels 1 and 2, i hold a 200 hour yoga teacher certification, and i assisted a whole 200 hour training too. mostly though, i'm really good at making quiet, gentle space where you get to just be a person. no fixing, no performing, no keeping score.
