What to Expect in a Session
Every session is co-created based on your needs that day. There is no right way to show up.
Arrival & Check-in: Time to settle, breathe, and share what feels important (or nothing at all).
Neurosculpting®: If desired, we’ll begin with a guided groundbreaking, scientifically-backed brain-training modality that merges the science of neuroplasticity with the art of meditation.
Pranassage®: If the body is asking for rest, you’ll receive a restorative, creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep states of relaxation in the receiver.
Or a Blend: You choose. We respond to what’s real — together.
Session Essentials
Come dressed comfortably - no special clothing required.
You’ll remain fully clothed for the entire session.
I’ll provide water, blankets, bolsters, and everything needed to support your system.
You are always welcome to ask questions, pause, shift direction, or simply rest.
We move at your pace.
