a gentle heads up before you book 💛
- cancel 2+ hours before class starts and there is no fee. no worries, no questions.
- cancel within 2 hours of start time is a $10 late cancel.
- a no-show is $20.
you cancel your own booking, right here on the website (just log in below) or in the KUUMA app. we do not process cancellations by phone, email, text, or chat. it takes about two seconds: open the KUUMA app, find your scheduled class, tap it, and cancel. cancel on time and you will get an SMS or email confirming there is no fee.
why the fee? when you book, we hold that spot and we are counting on you to be there. the fee is simply how you confirm your attendance, and how we keep every class fair for everyone, including the people on the waitlist.
One account, two doors 📱
You can book and cancel right here on the website, and your login is exactly the same in the KUUMA app. But between us? We prefer the app (!!!!). It is faster, it remembers you, your classes live in your pocket, and waitlist updates find you instantly.
