I’m Andie Moore, the CEO & Co-Founder of KUUMA Yoga and Lead Educator at KUUMA University. My work brings together movement, neuroscience, and community in a way that feels both supportive and empowering. With over a decade of experience, I focus on creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, minds, and nervous systems. I’m an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and near completion of my Neurosculpting® certification, bringing a trauma-informed approach to yoga, somatic healing, and education.
A huge part of my journey stems from personal loss - my dad passed away when I was 20 from an overdose. Resolving the trauma from that experience has been a driving force behind my studies, my work, and the business I’ve built. It’s motivated me to explore how movement, neuroscience, and community can support deep healing and transformation.
Whether I’m guiding yoga teachers to refine their skills or working with clients one-on-one in somatic sessions, my goal is always the same: to help people feel more grounded and present in their own skin. At KUUMA Yoga, we’ve created a space that’s all about autonomy, real connection, and a little bit of play.
When I’m not at KUUMA, you can probably find me hiding under a Joshua Tree in the California Desert. I also love connecting with my friends and chosen family, hanging out at home, having a long bath, dancing solo, or making just about anything, from food to AI art. For me, it’s all about embracing the journey and creating connection wherever I go.
