Your First 3 Classes are Free
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts.
The door locks at class start time for safety reasons. Late comers will not be permitted.
Our '“policies” exist to support clarity, fairness, and sustainability - for our members, our teachers, and our studio community. Please read through the following information carefully before purchasing a membership.
MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE
This is to reserve your space in the class.
LATE CANCEL / NO SHOW FEE
Cancel within 2 hours of class start time, and you will be subject to $10 fee. Book and don’t show up? You’ll be charged $20.
NO REFUNDS
All membership and passes are final sale. You are welcome to re-sell your pass to someone else and we can process a transfer.
AUTOPAY CANCELLATIONS
Contracts are 6 months and automatically renew. You receive a $20 monthly discount for being on a contract. You may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee if you request to cancel early, with at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
LATE CANCEL / NO SHOW FEES
All fees are automatically charged to your credit card on file (or your studio account) once a week. Please ensure that your notifications (email and SMS) are on so that you are receiving alerts. You are responsible for your bookings and can manage your entire schedule on the KUUMA app directly from your phone.
